Corbels Dimensions:  The width, style, and finishing stain of the corbels is of your choosing.  On average, corbels are approximately 8-9" deep; however, their depth is ultimately determined by the depth of your mantel so that they match in size.  Corbel length is determined by the height of your mantel but can be, on average, approximately 10-12" in length.  Example: if you order a mantel that is 8H x 10D, your corbels would have an approximate depth of 8" and a length of 11".


Ordering Note:  If your mantel and corbels are going to be installed onto drywall that will later have stone or brick installed around it, we recommend increasing the depth of your mantel to accomodate the area that will be obstructed by the stone/brick.  Example: If you order a 6" deep mantel and your stone/brick protrudes from the wall by 2", your usable mantel depth will only be 4".
