Box beam covers are custom-made at the time of order and can take 6-8 weeks to be made and ready for shipping. Due to their larger size, they fall into the freight class for shipping and will generally need to be shipped via LTL. Box beams are crated for transit, so that they arrive safely and securely.
Box beam covers are made to your custom specifications. For more detailed information on how to measure, click on the "Let's Begin" button.

Hand-hewing is an age-old method used of cutting and shaping timber into a beam by striking it with a hewing axe, often called an adaze. Once fully seasoned, each timber is then hewn by hand by our craftsman. It is during this process and the custom finishing techniques that leads to each piece of our collection having checks and cracks, giving it an authentic and aged look and feel - just like it was plucked right out of 1800s barn. It is these scoring marks that add to the rustic qualities of the barn beam - leading to each piece having a variation of color and texture, and its own true uniqueness.
